Dabobox uses paper as thick as 300gsm, which is suitable to carry the weight of most take away food. The food grade coating adds a protection layer making it even stronger.

Yes, Dabobox paper products are made using FSC-certified material, ensuring that they’re made from responsibly managed resources.
ORDERING
We have ready design templates that you can customize directly from our website; no design background required. However, if you require our assistance, we do provide options to engage our designer to either customize from existing templates, or provide a completely new design, for a minimal design fee.
You can download our blank design template, customize it, and send back to us the completed design in jpg, jpeg, gif, png, eps, ai, pdf, zip, tar, rar, cdr, psd or svg file formats. Our team will check on the submitted designs and revert if we have any feedback. The blank templates are available for download at the relevant product pages.
We have options from 3,000 up to 10,000 units. If you require an amount that is not listed in the options, you may drop us a message and our team will advise on this.
DELIVERY
Once we have received all the requirement documents correctly and approved, it would typically take 15-16 days to start shipping your order. We will contact you once your order is ready to be shipped.
We will typically engage 3rd party courier services to deliver your order. Don’t worry, your order will be packed properly to ensure no damage to your products during delivery. If you do encounter any damages to your products upon receiving, kindly contact us immediately and we will take the necessary actions to resolve this matter as quickly as possible.
OTHERS
Currently we do not accept returns on any confirmed orders. For any errors or damages to your order confirmed to be caused by us or our affiliates, we will rectify them with reprints and will deliver them to you as quickly as possible.
